The Next Chapter

It’s now been 2 weeks since Sarah and I tied the knot, and we’re now settling into the rhythm of things after our small honeymoon up north in Napa Valley.

A few words about our wedding (and I won’t repeat too much of what I’ve said to numerous others so many times) – we were truly blessed by everyone who was able to attend and celebrate our big event together. It’s rare times like these when one truly realizes the special meaning that the friends and family have in one’s life. We successfully pulled off the most spectacular party of our lives, and with minimal stress! Sarah and I got to enjoy the evening fully- we even ate all of our dinner! It was a truly magical night for us, and as I’ve heard for many of the folks who joined us that night.

Here’s a quick video that captures the day in an awesome way:

And now we move on. People asking how I feel. People asking if it’s any different than before. All such questions to which I answer, yes, and yes, and yes! It DOES feel different. It DOES feel official (it is). It DOES feel final and complete. Things have started to feel slightly more serious now in terms of the gravity of life, faith, finances, and responsibilities & duties. I certainly feel as if one door has opened to the sacrifice of many others closing. We press on now forward together, and life is GOOD! I feel the narrowing of priorities and focus on what’s truly important in life. I’m a lucky man to know Sarah!

This next chapter heralds the dawn of new life, new beginnings, and new experiences. I know that this is the beginning of many ups and downs, but I have faith that we will grow strong through it all.

Here we go!
