After discovering that I had increased to 2.15 lbs of visceral FAT from the 1.42 lbs I had last August, I decided I had to make some significant changes. 2.7 lbs by the way is the threshold for what most diabetics have in visceral fat.
For just 1 week now, I have changed everything. Eating clean 100% of the time. Zero drinking. Plenty of water. My regimen from Susie (my trainer):
🌟 Resistance training (3-4x per week)
🌟 Four 55min low intensity cardio sessions- done fasted
🌟 Four 25min high intensity interval cardio session.
I already see a significant difference in my physique and I feel way better.
Who woulda thought!!
