So, i’ve been seeing a nutritionist to get my fat ass back into shape. Here’s the prescription:

Since I’ve been cooking at home these days, it’s been way more manageable. For me what’s been difficult are the social situations, where I literally eat and drink whatever I want like a vacuum cleaner. Eating clean to me is harder than any gym workout. I have mad respect for people who are able to eat healthy, even if they don’t work out. I don’t know how they do it!
